Meeting on proposed development near Fenelon Falls garners major public interest

Hundreds of concerned, and, at times, vocal residents took advantage of an opportunity to learn more about a proposed residential development east of Fenelon Falls.

More than 300 people attended the Tuesday night meeting at the Fenelon Falls Community Centre, including residents concerned about affordable housing shortages and impacts on existing services and those opposed to FLATO Development’s pending Kawartha Bay project in Long Beach near Fenelon Falls.
